How do you document your services?

Our crews use our own service record app to log every service - from sidewalk shoveling to plowing and de-icing. Each record is time and date stamped with the specific team member on-site. This ensures billing accuracy and protects our clients with documented proof of service. In the event of a slip-and-fall claim, these records are vital to proving services were completed in a timely, professional manner. We retain all records for 12 months and can provide them on request.

What happens between storms?

Our crews visit your site between storms to check for freeze-thaw slippery spots and wind-blown snow. If they don't find any issues, you don't pay anything - but you have the peace of mind knowing your property is being actively monitored for hazards.

Do you offer a spring cleanup after the season?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it's completely free for our snow clients. We sweep all of our clients' lots in the spring - cleaning grass off the curb edges where snow was piled, blowing off sidewalks with backpack blowers, and sweeping the entire lot with power sweepers. It's our way of saying thank you and returning the property to the owner the way we found it in the fall.
